Clubhouse
Our newly renovated clubhouse includes a large, vaulted great room, a full catering kitchen and a covered pavilion with fireplace. Residents may reserve the clubhouse free of charge with a refundable deposit.
Pool
Our junior Olympic pool is open from mid-May through mid-September. Currently, the HOA provides a lifeguard daily when children are out of school. The Waterford Green Gators Swim Team for children ages 4 - 18 offers friendly competition.
Tennis Courts
Our two tennis courts model the blue and green color scheme adopted by the U. S. Tennis Association. Many of our residents participate on tennis teams sanctioned by the Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association (ALTA).
Basketball Court
Our full-size basketball court, with adjustable hoops, offers fun for all ages!
Playground
Our playground is a great place for children to enjoy year-round! It includes a Little Free Library maintained by local Girl Scouts.

Gold Branch Trail
Explore the national forest to reach the banks of the Chattahoochee River on the Gold Branch Trail, a moderately difficult, dog-friendly trail. You’ll see a variety of native plants and animals who call north Georgia home.
Roswell Riverwalk
For a peaceful stroll along the Chattahoochee River, visit Riverwalk, a seven-mile path of boardwalk and paved path with multiple points of egress along the way.

East Cobb offers a wide variety of shopping options just minutes from Waterford Green. You’ll find national retailers, local specialty shops, and two upscale open-air centers, Merchants Walk and The Avenues of East Cobb.
